Alex Grey
Alex Grey's artwork is interwoven with themes of death and transcendence and focuses on the mind, body and spirit. Alex spent five years at Harvard Medical School working in the Anatomy department studying the body and preparing cadavers for dissection and at the department of Mind/Body Medicine conducting scientific experiments to investigate subtle healing energies. His anatomical training inspires his paintings, presenting the physical and subtle anatomy of an individual in the context of cosmic, biological and technological evolution.
